I get an error message when I try to go to my virtual classroom.

Students sometimes receive an error message when they try to access their virtual classroom. Here are helpful tips to try to correct the problem.

1. The most common fix to this problem is simply to log out of your WBI account, refresh your browser (or reboot your computer if you don’t ordinarily shut down), and re-enter the virtual classroom by logging into your account again. 2. Check to be sure that your software is up-to-date (browser and flash player).

3. Try viewing the videos from a different browser, device, or internet connection to try to isolate which may be inadequate.
